Notion Mindmap is operated by ThoughtFlow Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation based in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service at notionmindmap.com.
Information from Notion OAuth: When you log in, we receive your name, email address, Notion workspace name, and access to the databases you select during the authorization flow. We also store the OAuth token that allows us to write to your selected Notion databases.
Mind map data: We store the mind maps you create, including node names, hierarchy/structure, and map titles.
Database data: When you use features like Send to Notion, we access the databases you selected during Notion authorization. We store references to the Notion pages created by the Service.
Usage analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns. This helps us improve the product.
Payment information: If you subscribe to the paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your credit card number. Stripe may share your name, email, and transaction details with us for billing purposes.
Cookies: We use cookies and local storage for authentication (keeping you logged in) and analytics.

Your data is stored on Convex's cloud infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure OAuth token storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. We do not automatically delete data when you disconnect your Notion account.
To request deletion of all your data, including mind maps, account information, and stored OAuth tokens, email kranthi@notionmindmap.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

The Service does not have an age restriction. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
