Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Notion Mindmap ("Service"), operated by ThoughtFlow Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation based in the United States. By accessing or using the Service at notionmindmap.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Notion Mindmap is a web-based mind mapping tool that integrates with Notion. The Service allows you to:

• Create mind maps
• Send nodes to Notion databases as pages
• Send entire maps to Notion with hierarchy preserved as sub-items
• Embed interactive mind maps in Notion pages and other websites

3. Account and Authentication

The Service uses Notion OAuth for authentication. You do not create a separate account. By logging in, you authorize us to access your Notion workspace name, your name, your email address, and the databases you select during the OAuth flow.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised Notion credentials.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan ($99/year or monthly equivalent).

Free plan includes: Unlimited mind maps, unlimited nodes, sending individual nodes to one Notion database, and sharing/embedding maps.

Paid plan additionally includes: Sending to unlimited databases, sending entire maps to Notion with hierarchy, and removal of the "Powered by ContextMap" badge on embedded maps.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern your payment data.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service, including mind maps, nodes, and any associated data. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Notion Integration

The Service relies on the Notion API to function. We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. Changes to the Notion API may affect the availability or functionality of our Service. We are not responsible for downtime or limitations caused by changes to the Notion platform.

8. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the Service. We will do our best to maintain reliable service, but we make no commitments regarding uptime or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThoughtFlow Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your data, email kranthi@notionmindmap.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
